Smoked chicken salad with Korean carrots and peppers

SALADS ≈ 15 minutes 10 servings 25 October 2026 · 0 comments
STEP 6 — Season with mayonnaise.

This easy salad was a hit at New Year. It tastes surprisingly light for a mayonnaise-based salad, and the crisp bell pepper works beautifully with smoked chicken and Korean-style carrots. We liked it so much that I wanted to keep the recipe here.
