INGREDIENTS
Servings
original yield — 4 servings
mayonnaise
1 glass
Onion (small)
1/2
red wine vinegar
2 tbsp
sugar (don't pour it all at once)
1 tbsp
Italian seasoning (or herbes de Provence)
3/4 tsp
garlic powder (You can try using a clove of fresh garlic)
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
ground black pepper
1/8 tsp
TIP
Use this dressing for fresh vegetable salads or pasta salads.
You may find the full amount of sugar too sweet. Start with half, taste, and add more if needed.
You can make the dressing ahead and refrigerate it until serving. Keep it in a tightly covered container so its aroma does not spread through the refrigerator.
