Salad with smoked chicken and Korean carrots

SALADS ≈ 20 minutes 4 servings 25 October 2026 · 0 comments
STEP 6 — Combine the Korean-style carrots, chicken, eggs and cucumber in a salad bowl. Add a little mayonnaise and mix. Sprinkle the croutons on top.

Smoked chicken and Korean-style carrots are delicious on their own, whether at a picnic or a gathering with friends. This was the first time I had combined them in a salad, and it was a success with both children and adults. The carrots I used were fairly mild.
