Salsa
Spring means the start of barbecue and picnic season. I wanted a quick, simple way to prepare the vegetables we take along to serve with grilled meat. Salsa was the answer. After looking through recipes online, I realized how easy it is: finely chop tomatoes and a few other ingredients, and you are done.

6
bell pepper (colorful)
2

TIP
Everyone ate the salsa differently: some spooned it onto a plate and ate it with a fork, while others scooped it up with bread. Then the children toasted thin lavash over the coals and used it to finish the rest.
