Rice as a side dish in a multicooker

I cook fragrant rice as a side dish very often. It has almost completely replaced regular white from our diet. During the experiments, I came to my ideal option. Butter, garlic powder and Italian herbs are always added to the rice.

INGREDIENTS
Servings
original yield — 4 servings
rice (measured with the multicooker cup) 2 glass
water (multicooker cup) 3 glass
Butter 50 g
garlic (fresh or powdered)
salt 1 tsp
spices to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
01

Rinse the rice thoroughly. Place into the multicooker bowl. Pour water.

STEP 2 — You can use any spices. I usually use Italian or Provence herbs and turmeric for color. Today I took a mixture of Caucasian herbs, and sprinkled with red ground paprika for color (2 tsp herbs and 1 tsp paprika)

STEP 3 — Add salt. Be sure to add butter and chopped garlic. You can use fresh - 2 small cloves. But I prefer to add it to rice garlic powder. It turns out much more flavorful. I don't know why.

STEP 4 — Select the “Grains” or “Rice” program (depending on the multicooker model) and wait for the signal. That's it, the delicious aromatic side dish is ready!
