Multicooker zebra cake

Zebra cake is one of our favorite simple homemade cakes to serve with tea. Sometimes I spread it with condensed milk or drizzle over melted chocolate; sometimes we eat it plain. Its slightly moist crumb needs no syrup.

STEP 6 — The cake has a striped pattern when sliced. I served it plain with tea, but you can cut it into layers and fill it with custard or sweetened sour cream.
