Sweet chocolate cookie salami

Chocolate biscuit salami was probably the first thing I tried to make myself; there may even be pictures in our family albums. We used biscuits, butter, condensed milk and cocoa. That version feels too rich to me now, so I keep trying alternatives. In this recipe I would reduce the butter to 160-180 grams. For a sweeter result, increase the sugar slightly.

Grind the cookies into crumbs so that a small number of large pieces remain. I use a blender. You can roll the cookies in the bag with a rolling pin, or roll some in a meat grinder, and break some with your hands.
Place milk, butter, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan and place on the stove over low heat. With constant stirring, heat until the sugar and butter are completely dissolved. No need to boil.
