Salad with cherry tomatoes, olives and pine nuts

I found an interesting salad. I think it must be very tasty. Since I really love tomatoes and olives. Well, adding pine nuts to the salad certainly won’t spoil it.

It seems to me that you can take olives stuffed, for example, with peppers or anchovies.
Unfortunately, pine nuts cannot be removed or replaced. The result will be a completely different salad, also very tasty, but different. Pine nuts are the most delicious thing in a salad.
Place pine nuts in a dry wide frying pan and fry over medium heat until slightly brown. Be sure to stir the nuts during the roasting process, otherwise you risk getting unappetizing coals.
Pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with pine nuts and stir.
Mix olive oil, sugar, vinegar and oregano in a separate bowl. Make sure the sugar dissolves completely. Add salt and pepper to taste.
