I found an interesting salad. I think it must be very tasty. Since I really love tomatoes and olives. Well, adding pine nuts to the salad certainly won’t spoil it.

INGREDIENTS
Servings
original yield — 8 servings
cherry tomatoes (small plum tomatoes or a mixture of small tomato varieties also work) 1 kg
black olives (pitted) 1 can
green olives (pitted) 1 can
green onions (young green onions, including the white parts) 1 bunch
pine nuts (peeled) 1/2 glass
Salad dressing
olive oil (extra virgin) 1/2 glass
red wine vinegar (6%) 1 tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
oregano 1 tsp
salt (to taste)
ground black pepper (to taste)
TIP

It seems to me that you can take olives stuffed, for example, with peppers or anchovies.

Unfortunately, pine nuts cannot be removed or replaced. The result will be a completely different salad, also very tasty, but different. Pine nuts are the most delicious thing in a salad.
