Homemade cookies with sour cream

I had not baked anything sweet for tea in a while when I remembered these simple cookies. The dough contains only margarine, sour cream and flour, with no eggs or sugar. The cookies are soft, flaky and pleasantly sweet from the coating. You can omit the sugar coating too and dip them in sesame or sunflower seeds instead.

I ended up with 2 full baking sheets.
Combine soft margarine and low-fat sour cream in a bowl. Add sifted flour with baking powder and vanilla.
You may need a little more or less flour. You should get a soft, slightly sticky dough. There is no need to knead it for a long time. The warmth of your hands will melt the margarine. But we don't need this.
Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
