Fish and green bean pie

I had wanted to make a salmon pie for some time. When I finally did, I added green beans, which are not a usual ingredient in this kind of pie. The experiment worked well. It is quick and easy to prepare, and good enough to serve to guests.

By the way, the pie turned out to be no less tasty cold. Some members of my family liked it even better.
Mix softened margarine with egg. Add baking powder. Dissolve salt and sugar in milk. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Add flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts: larger and smaller. Roll each part into a ball, wrap in film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, prepare the filling.
Add rice. Salt and pepper to taste. I also added a tablespoon of mayonnaise. As it turned out, it was in vain. Next time, if I think the fish is a little dry, I’ll add either a piece of butter or a couple of spoons of sour cream.
Cover the filling with the second part and pinch the edges. Make several cuts on the surface of the cake to allow steam to escape. I just went through with scissors.
