Cheese buns

The bakery near our house makes cheese buns every morning, and their wonderful aroma draws people in. They sell out while still warm. After buying them a few times, I decided to make my own. They are made from choux pastry with grated hard cheese and turn out light and airy, with plenty of cheese flavor.

Choose a flavorful cheese that melts well, and avoid imitation cheese products.
Mix milk, water, margarine and salt in a saucepan and place on the stove. As soon as the mixture boils, remove from heat and immediately add flour.
Working vigorously with a spoon, stir all the flour into the liquid. You should end up with a lump of non-sticky dough.
Add the eggs one at a time to the dough, mixing it completely each time. That is, we break an egg, mix it completely into the dough, then break the next one. After the eggs are completely combined with the dough, add the grated cheese. Mix well too.
The batter is ready. Spoon it onto baking paper or into silicone molds, as I did. The molds do not need greasing.
