Buckwheat porridge with meat

Rinse the buckwheat. Pour into the pan in which you will cook, add water, salt, cover with a lid and place on medium heat.
Meanwhile, prepare the minced meat. In a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil, fry the minced meat and finely chopped onion. Until light golden. Add a little water, no more than half a glass, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
