Bean spread with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes

Bean paste during the fasting period is a real lifesaver. It is nutritious and easy to prepare. Today I added mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes to the pate. It turned out to be a very interesting taste.

INSTRUCTIONS
01

Rinse the beans, remove floating and spoiled grains. Soak for 5-6 hours. I leave it overnight.

02

Boil the soaked beans until fully cooked.

03

Chop the onions and mushrooms and fry in vegetable oil until golden. You can use tomato oil. Add some salt

04

Drain all the cooking liquid from the beans, but do not throw them away just yet. You may still need it.

05

Blend the beans, tomatoes, mushrooms and onions until smooth. Season with salt and add some reserved bean cooking liquid as needed to adjust the consistency.

06

That's it, the pate is ready. All that remains is to cool it and you can serve it.
