STEP 4 — Place all salad ingredients in one salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Add finely chopped greens.

There are plenty of crab stick salad recipes, usually with eggs, corn and cucumber. I always felt something was missing, so I added fresh tomato. That was just what it needed. Give it a try — you might like it too.

INGREDIENTS

Adjust servings in the full version

original yield — 6 servings
crab sticks (200 gram pack) 1 pack
cucumber (medium) 1
tomatoes (medium size) 2
canned corn 1 can
rice (already boiled) 1 glass
boiled eggs 3
mayonnaise 200 g
Herbs (to taste)
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
01

Place boiled cold rice in a salad bowl. Drain the corn and add to the rice. Chop crab sticks and add to rice and corn.

02

Peel the eggs and cut into cubes. Remove the skin of the cucumber, if it is tough, and cut into cubes.

03

Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. I like the tomatoes to be larger than the other ingredients.

04

Place all salad ingredients in one salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix. Season with black pepper and salt to taste. Add finely chopped greens.
