STEP 5 — Sprinkle the finished waffles with powdered sugar.

A new multi-baker means fresh waffles for breakfast in our house. We are still choosing a favorite recipe, but these farmer cheese waffles are a strong contender. The batter is quick to make; the trick is spooning it neatly onto the plates.

INSTRUCTIONS
01

Place eggs, margarine, kefir, farmer cheese and sugar in one bowl and beat with a blender.

02

Add a pinch of salt. Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla. Add to the liquid mixture and stir gently with a spatula. At the end add a handful of raisins. The result is a creamy dough.

03

Plug in the multi-baker and wait until the ready-to-use signal lights up. Place the dough into the molds. The panels do not need to be lubricated with anything. The dough is quite oily. I use 2 tablespoons for one waffle.

04

Waffles are baked for 10 minutes.

05

Sprinkle the finished waffles with powdered sugar.
