Farmer cheese dessert in a glass

Wonderful farmer cheese dessert. You can serve it on the table, and it’s perfect for family tea. You can take any berry, or use a mixture of different ones. You have to be careful with raspberries and blackberries: their seeds are too large. I don’t always add nuts to cookies: if they’re in stock, it’s great, if they’re gone, it’s okay, I cook without them.

Beat the berries with sugar. The amount of sugar is adjusted to taste and depending on the sweetness of the berry itself. If frozen berries are used, then preliminary defrosting is necessary. There is no need to drain the juice.
Beat farmer cheese, sour cream and sugar with a blender into a homogeneous mass. The amount of sugar is also adjusted to taste. Some or even all of the sugar can be replaced with condensed milk. In this case, you don’t have to add sour cream, otherwise it will turn out too runny.
Grind the nuts together with the cookies in a blender, not very finely. In the photo it turned out a bit small. You can leave it larger.
Let's start laying out the dessert. Pour a couple of spoons of crumbs into the bottom of a glass or bowl.
