Eggs stuffed with cod roe

APPETIZERS ≈ 20 minutes 10 servings 25 October 2026 · 0 comments
STEP 6 — Fill the egg halves. Keep in the refrigerator for a while before serving.

Deviled eggs are a great appetizer. And on the festive table, and on weekdays. Fast and convenient. And the main thing is that you can stuff it with anything. Today I used cod caviar as a basis. It turned out very tasty and tender.

INSTRUCTIONS
01

Boil the eggs, cool and peel.

02

Cut in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a separate bowl. Place the white boats on a flat dish.

03

I have a 200 gram jar of caviar. For 10 eggs, half a jar will be enough.

04

Mash the yolks, cod roe and processed cheese until smooth. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise if the mixture is too thick.

05

You can use a blender if you want. I mixed everything perfectly with a fork. Salt and add pepper to taste.

06

Fill the egg halves. Keep in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
