Sandwiches in a multi-baker

Hot sandwiches have long become a common morning dish. You can cook them in a thousand and one ways and it will be delicious every time. I found the perfect option for myself. Now I make sandwiches in a multi-baker. The most relish is in the crispy bread crust. This is something that a microwave cannot achieve. The bread and filling come together into one. The result is a pie that does not fall apart when bitten.

Fit the sandwich plates and switch on the multi-baker to preheat while you prepare the ingredients.
Prepare the filling; I used cooked chicken. Mix the tomato sauce, mayonnaise and mustard. Slice the cheese rather than grating it, as grated cheese tends to leak out more.
In a preheated multi-baker, place the pieces of bread, butter side down. Spread the filling on top
pour sauce over and add cheese. Cover the top with bread so that the butter is on the outside. Close and secure the lid of the multi-baker.
