Salad with green radish

I had wanted to make a green radish salad for a while, but was looking for something lighter than my usual combinations with meat or fried onions. This is the result. The men in my family wanted more meat, but I enjoyed the sharp radish with tart apple and pickled onions. Potatoes and eggs make it filling, while carrot adds sweetness.

Boil potatoes and carrots in their skins or bake in foil in the oven. Clear. The salad is laid out in layers.
Cut the onion into thin half rings and marinate in vinegar.
The first layer is potatoes grated on a coarse grater. Cover with a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
The second layer is grated green radish.
The third layer is pickled onions. Draw a thin mesh of mayonnaise.
Grated carrots go to the fourth layer. A little mayonnaise again.
The fifth layer is grated boiled egg white.
The sixth layer is grated apple and corn. Draw a thin lattice of mayonnaise. By the way, you don’t have to add corn at all. It stood out a little from the overall taste of the salad.
Decorate the top with grated yolk.
